Our Story

Robotics Innovation Network of Assam (RINA) is a mission-driven STEM education organisation working to strengthen robotics, artificial intelligence, and innovation-led learning across Assam. We collaborate with schools, higher education institutions, government bodies, and industry partners to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world technological skills.

Founded with the belief that access to practical STEM learning should not be limited by geography or resources, RINA focuses on building sustainable ecosystems—activating existing infrastructure, developing institutional capacity, and enabling students to learn by doing.

Handles financial planning, compliance, and operational oversight. Brings experience in managing funds and administrative processes within technical and educational initiatives, ensuring transparency and sustainability.

Manages communications, outreach, and digital presence. Specialises in public relations strategy and social media engagement to ensure clear communication with institutions, partners, and the wider community.

Heads the research division with over three years of experience in designing and building robotics systems. Focuses on translating concepts into functional prototypes and guiding advanced technical learning across projects and programs.

Oversees coordination, operations, and institutional engagement. Brings more than four years of experience in robotics, with prior involvement in competitive robotics environments and student-led technical organisations, ensuring structured execution across programs.

Foundation

Established the Robotics Innovation Network of Assam with initial government support

First Robotics Workshop

Conducted our first series of workshops reaching over 500 students across 10 schools

Launch of RoboBuddy

Launched RoboBuddy as our EdTech platform to provide structured robotics courses

Government Partnership

Signed MoU with Assam Technical Education Department for statewide implementation

Expansion

Expanded operations to all districts of Assam with 15 learning centers
